Highfield Hall, nestled in its bucolic wooded environment, is a wonderful venue for a corporate retreat, a business meeting, or company party. Our second floor conference center offers a large conference room and three smaller break-out meeting rooms. The first floor of the building can additionally be rented on evenings and weekends for corporate events. Through our association with several outstanding caterers, we can offer a variety of food options including breakfast, break, lunch or dinner -- even wine tasting events.

Now affiliated with The Navigation Group, a firm that offers customized training and corporate programs, Highfield Hall can offer facilitated meetings and human resource training. Programs currently being offered include customer service, frontline management, team building, making the most of your time, managing conflict, problem-solving, diversity, goal setting, mission building, or strategic planning. Using the inspiring setting of Highfield Hall and its surrounding nature area, The Navigation Group can offer unique opportunities such as GeoCaching, Culinary Challenges, and Scavenger Hunts to make your corporate meeting both fun and effective.
