RENTAL SCHEDULE
Rental of Highfield Hall includes exclusive use of the first floor
and the grounds immediately surrounding the house. The rental
period is for 8 hours and is based on a 5 hour event with 2 hours
for set-up and 1 hour for clean-up. Each additional 30 minute
period is $300. All weddings must end (be cleaned-up) by 11:00
p.m.

May – October
$4,000 Saturday
$2,800 Friday, Sunday & holidays
$2,000 Monday - Thursday
November – April
$2,800 Saturday
$2,000 Friday, Sunday & holidays
$1,400 Monday – Thursday
Prices subject to change without notice. Prices
will increase by approximately 10% for the 2010 season.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Ceremony Fee
Ceremonies may take on the grounds for no additional fee if the
ceremony takes place within the rental time frame.
Overtime Fee
The Rental Party may elect to extend the time of the event or add
one hour prior to the start of the set up time for pictures or
other preparations. Each additional ½ hour is $300. All events,
however, must end by 11:00 p.m. including clean up. Failure to
meet this deadline will result in a forfeiture of the security
deposit. Fee is due no later than 90 days in advance of the
event.
DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION

A non-refundable deposit of one-half of the
full rental fee must accompany the signed contract to reserve
Historic Highfield Hall.

The balance of the rental fee must be received
by Historic Highfield no later than 90 days prior to the
event.

Checks should be made out to Historic
Highfield, Inc. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express.

A security deposit of $1,000 is due 30 days
prior to the event. The security fee will be refunded in full
providing all guidelines and time frames are followed.
LIQUOR POLICY
Historic Highfield, Inc. does not have a liquor license. As the
host, the client assumes all liquor liability and is responsible
for providing insurance for the event through your homeowners
policy. Cash bars are not permitted, nor are kegs. All bars must
be hosted by a licensed bartender. You will make these
arrangements through your caterer.
